All bids are in for the Telegraph auction, it has been confirmed today, but it could still be more than a week before long-suffering staff on the papers find out which of the three remaining bidders will be their new bosses.

Telegraph staff should finally learn the identity of their new owner next week, after the three remaining companies involved in the auction confirmed their final bids last night.
Daily Mail & General Trust - backed by private equity group CVC - Scotsman owners the Barclay brothers and venture capital group 3i all remain in the bidding to buy the newspaper group, comprising the Daily and Sunday Telegraph and the Spectator magazine.
