Anyway, by late 60s, Chalabi studied in University of Chicago under the nuclear strategist and influential “hawk,” Albert Wohlstetter (RAND Institute), the grandmaster for the Mil-Neocons, together with Leo Strauss (the nazi-mentor). As most readers know, Chalabi friend Richard Perle studied under Wohlstetter, too.
