"Often the worst things is when they don't literally lie... most of the time what he and his people say are things that convey that impression without actually saying it." i absolutely agree with his sentiments in this speech - i know a lot of detail about many different issues relevant to the cadmin - and i watch what they say pretty closely, which words they use and such - and theyve really taken disingenuity to artform. its essentially brainwashing (maybe literally brainwashing) - but it meets any definition of subliminality.

as ive said b4, the scary thing is that they actually (must) have people whose jobs are to make sure that every element of the english language is up for grabs. its not just the orwellian "up is down"/"boxcutters are WMD" language - but the exploitation of the different delivery methods - ie it seems that the law is such that transcripts are the official doucments - therefore they can use words that are true in the written form, given the placement of periods and commas et al, and the fact that the written form doesnt contain pauses, but when the speeches are given, then they essentially change the sentence structure to convey a different meaning. of course, fox and the cadmin use exactly the same manual - its really a level of sophistication that i didnt think was possible. and it also shows how absolutely dishonest they are. one of my favourites is the very simple pause that they use in the middle of sentences. pause, 2 3 4 blah blah. its so very effective. ant thats why the whole thing is so absolutely disciplined - they simply need to be or the whole thing would collapse. they slice the language so finely that theres simply no scope for any freestyling.

the saddam/911 thing was the perfect example obviously - and it shows how successful the tool can. we prolly saw another one at nazicon this week which i mentioned earlier 'we inherited a recession' was repeated a few times - i highlighted it as an obvious specific lie - but i expect that there is a definition of 'inherited' that nearly allows them to say that, or theyll have a memo from ashcroft hidden in the desk somewhere which gives a ruling that the word 'recession' is a technical word when used in economics, but that it also has a common-use definnition - or some such.

the sotu 16 words was another classic - not a lie of course, cos it was pre-empted with 'the brits tell us (prolly pause pause pause pause) saddam tried to buy uranium in afrika'

and its amazing to watch them lie - theres simply not the slightest bit of shame - it looks like they at least believe themselves sometimes - they look like normal human beings - no little red horns or anything - but then u can benchmark their performance against things that they *must know* are lies - like the 'inherited recession' and u realise how absolutely natural it is for them.

i mentioned the other day something about 43 having a breakdown - there was a moment in his speech when it looked like he might lose it - i kinda figured that once the charade broke, we'd see nothing behind the curtain, and itd be all over - but he pulled it together. it didnt look like he was far from the abyss however. theyll prolly be able to spin it that he was getting choked up about the brave soldiers or ded 911ers or something - but to this armchair psycholgist it looked to me like he'd been attacked by a healthy dose of selfhatred. shame would have been nicer, and praps augured a lil better - but it seemed to me that it was deep ugly selfhatred.

i bet he dioesnt sleep well - they must haev him on all sorts of drugs to try to keep him glued together - btw - didja notice the wiggly jaw yesterday? i havent seen that from him b4.
