* the important thing about alqaqaa isnt just the fact that there are explosives missing, or the fact that they didnt guard the explosives, its that they didnt even look for wmd there - in the biggest weapons site. its certainly not apparent even now when they actually checked the site for the purpose of seeing if there were any wmd there. im not even sure they ever did. or that they planned to. which is surely beyind incompetence.
