* i think i said yesterday that the latham handshake was the closest thing we got to a dirty trick here at the ozelection. i forgot there was a sex scandal - some married christo incumbent guy had an affair - and he told the media himself cos he didnt want the voters to be misled! (and it seemed that he was serious - ie not trying to get ahead of a story that was gonna come out)
