* new news re ohio - the writer (law student) seems to think that the judge is an ass for necessitating splitting the case. im not sure whether the writer has any legal credentials / whether the argument is valid. separately, the writer points out the judge (moyers) is actually a defendant in the case - that prolly means something. oh - and the same judge was on the bco4 ticket. sweet. the writer also makes the point that the media jumped in to announce the dismissal, which seems a funny time to wake up.
