* will someone please raise the issue that theres a disconnect between the bankruptcy bill and the 'ownership' society? or between the bankruptcy bill and the employment rate? listen - if people dont have the bankruptcy option, then they wont risk bankruptcy. which means they wont take chances. we hear all this fucking nonsense about 'defensive medicine' - imagine what 'defensive entrepreneurship' looks like. apart from all the other horrible stuff about the bankruptcy bill - this is the main point. and i havent seen anyone raise it. grrrr.
