laugh? i nearly died.

* ive got a pond outside my window - and i put 30 goldfish in it. it turns out thats a really good way to attract kookaburras...

* yesterday i took a couple of hours away from my computer. it ended with a visit from two fire-engines.

* in other news, ive got a bunch of yellow-tailed black cockatoos hanging around - about 10 of em. they are beautiful


and enormous - thats a pine cone in its hand - they tear them to shreds, and can fly with them in their hand.


and they screech like crazy - i think they could almost drown out the fire engine siren
