ok - so i was waiting for the abu g pix for tomorrow and i sent the aclu an email asking for the latest - cos i couldnt find anything online. here is the reply:

In your June 2 press release you stated that you expected the Abu Ghraib 'Darby photos' to be released 'within 6 weeks'.
I have read that the government asked for an extension to July 22, but wasnt able to find any more information. Are the images going to be released tomorrow?
