* i saw this headline in the Independent "Revealed: the Home Office's secret policy of targeting young Brazilians" and thought it was going to be a sick parody of sorts. i was wrong: "The report... was posted on the Home Office website but went almost unnoticed because it appeared in the same week as the first London bomb attacks." i hope they arent fucking lying to me again. it didnt warrant a press release on their site. and i cant find it in a search on their site
