* theres a law firm called Ropes & Gray - their boston office is doing some deep research into Fred Fleitz. Huffpost recently suggested that he is a major player in plamegate.
* im also seeing a lot of curious traffic coming out of DC - including some due diligence on me - including a google search on "blog traffic lukery land" - which shows that they dont really know what they are doing.
i imagine that it has something to do with the story that ive been promising for a week now. the delay is cos ive given the story to RawStory.com - and im waiting on them to finalise it. I'm expecting it'll come out in the next day or so. its about that zogby/impeachment thing that ive been discussing for the last coupla months.
* im also getting some traffic interest from APCO - they are a DC lobbying firm - with an entry at sourcewatch: "Core services include... crisis management, issue management, government relations, litigation communication, media relations, coalition building, opinion research, market entry, corporate social responsibility and online communication". bob dole works for them. they worl for the usual suspects - the govt of turkey, yukos, big pharma, big tobacco, military suppliers, yada yada - and apparently oppo research on me. if you need anything specific - just ask :-)
* coincidentally, my email account has been behaving really badly today - its been down on and off - for about half the day. first time ever. i hope that no-one is hacking into it. bastards. its odd - cos i access my email thru the web - and i get a message saying "Unable to connect to mail server. Please try again later." - but i can still get to my address book and stuff. even weirder, i can see my inbox if i enter through something like mail2web.com - so the mail servers arent down.

My site is getting some very unusual hits too, very much increased. On e -mail I have multiple suplliers, and names - why make it easy for 'em? I also keep producing new ones, and alos use proxy sites.
one thing is certain, they are looking.
