i received an email from the ACLU regarding the abu g Darby pictures:

"The judge has stayed his ruling in order to give the government time to appeal. They have until the 15th of November to file their appeal. If they do not, then the materials will then be released. If they do, nothing will be determined until both parties submit their briefs on the matter and yet another determination is made."

thats next week. fingers crossed.
