he receives RNC junk mail and uses the 'post-paid' envelopes to send checks for small amounts of money - 50 cents in this example - and he puts a bunch of staples through the cheque and sends it to ken melhman, hopefully destroying the mail sorting machines...
and when the cheque is returned to him (using more rnc reseources), he tries to engage them in a conversation, wasting more of their resources.
he recently recceived a cheque back from the rnc - and here is his response letter. (sorry if you have to lean closer and squint to read it)
