i looked into HST last week and the whole situation is a bit murky. i couldnt find the details of the court case, and i dont think i actually wrote a post on it - but i did learn that HST successfully sued another company - in Poway, no less - called American Technology Co (or something similar). from what i could learn, HST actually won the case 12 months after American Technology bought HST.
(if i had to guess, i'd guess the lawsuit was over some speaker technology - and most likely primarily involving Perfectwave)

In any case, i just noticed in my server logs that someone from HST arrived at my site by searching first for "michael mack young republicans", then "michael mack registered lobbyist", then "michael mack GroupW"
i dont know what it means. probably nothing.
