btw - here is the text for the FOIA requests for saddams Weapons Declaration that POGO filed for me:
"MANDATORY DECLASSIFICATION REVIEW
This is a request under the provisions of the Executive Orders on National Security Information (EO 13292 and EO 12958) for Mandatory Declassification Review of the Iraqi weapons declaration on chemical, biological and nuclear programs to the United Nations Security Council required under paragraph 3 of Security Council resolution 1441 delivered by Iraq in December 2002. According to press accounts the weapons declaration is more than 12,000 pages of information (for example, see: CBS News, "Iraq Sticks To Story" 12/7/2002).
For further identification purposes, the declaration's table of contents is available online at link (pdf)
I am interested in obtaining a copy of the releasable portions of these reports after they have been reviewed for declassification. This request is for noncommercial research and study purposes. "
