* why did the hacktackular brithume get to interview Blinky and Condi on consecutive days?

* "(Conrad) Black, a former newspaper mogul, was indicted by US federal prosecutors Thursday on racketeering and obstruction of justice charges. Fitzgerald announced the indictments after they were returned by a federal grand jury Thursday afternoon." (link)

* "The expanded indictment against Black adds four new charges against him one count each of racketeering, obstruction of justice, money laundering and wire fraud in addition to the eight counts of mail fraud and wire fraud he was charged with on Nov. 17.
