happy new year everyone.
man, its bloody hot in australia. 110 degrees across most of the east coast. phew. hottest NYD on record (although its not bad where i am). hopefully the bushfires wont get outta hand.
i have modest goals for this year - i hope that we have no new wars, and that the current ones dont get worse. is that too much to ask?

im cautiously hopeful about the elections. i can hardly imagine the trials and tribulations that we might go through between now and november. just aabout anything is possible.
