* arkin:
"Special operations are poised to do something of significance, something that appears to have important implications for American foreign policy and for our position and reputation out there in the world, but where is the real explanation of what is transpiring, and where is the American consensus that it is what we want?"why does that scare the hell out of me?
* National Review (via laura):
" Frankly, speaking of incompetence, I think this Administration is the most politically and substantively inept that the nation has had in over a quarter of a century. The good news about it, as far as I'm concerned, is that it's almost over."and they're Preznit Blinky's best friends...
* in case you missed it, here's the first part of the interview with Larisa. Hopefully more to come in the American Tuesday. Plame, Hastert & Sibel...

By the way, 'Denny Boy', if you're out there, we hope you are a regular reader of this blog. and...jeez...that article by Priest was about as antiwar as you can get if you get down to it.
I guess he missed the fact that while the Post and Vanity Fair wrote about attack plans on Iran...the Times used their unnamed sources to deny it.
that's the real similiarity between now and three years ago...
personally...i don't have a friggin clue whether or not these criminals are going to regime changing in Iran...but I damn well know for sure that they already decided what the hell it is they plan to do just like three years ago
thanks for linking to that cause it sure was fun to read
