Was the 2004 Election Stolen?

* brad continues his amazing work into the busby election. wapo blogger joins in here . PDA joins in here. and he has details of a speech by Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky (D-IL) at the "Take Back America" conference:
I apologize for not taking seriously enough the allegations that the 2004 election was stolen. After reading Bobby Kennedy's article in Rolling Stone, "Was the 2004 Election Stolen?", I am convinced that the only answer is yes. "
which is great news - but jeebusfuckingchrist - its also fucking heartbreaking for those of us who worked like maniacs between the first wednesday in november and the electoral college vote.

One slight note on Jan Schakowski. And this in no way implies she has done anything unethical or illegal: she is a member of the Congressional Turkey Caucus. Also, her husband recently got convicted of something (although just because the husband's a crook doesn't mean the wife is too).

Although Sibel has not given any indication at all who might be the Democrats who were allegedly influenced by the Turkish mafia/government complex, the Turkish Caucus might be a place to start looking.

Don't mean to taint this woman who is a very good liberal, but I feel strongly the Turkish Caucus should be at the front of the fight to get Ms. Edmonds testimony public.
