this is outrageous.

I just posted an appeal to Sen. Nelson at Congress.org. Mebbe we can stir up a bit more attention with it on this site, too. It contains this updated info as well as the complete text of the original story with the link to RS.
I'll be either making calls to Florida tomorrow or sending some faxes. Seems to be the best way around the restrictions of constituents-only communications.

This is really sad. Why are doing this and why now? And why did the Congress just pass a law stripping Green Card holders of habeus corpus? I believe if fascism ever does come to the U.S., it will start with legal residents a.k.a green card holders. If we allow this treatment of legal immigrants, how long before citizens become the next target?
