It's good to know the U.S. isn't the only country keeping them devil potheads on the run: Australia's Prime Minister John Howard wants to ban bongs.
Heh, my county tried to make electric blenders illegal years ago after learning some people liked to use them to grind up marijuana. The crusade was doomed from the start, as no one could keep a straight face when police tried to figure out who to arrest at stores like Dillards and Pennys.
