I'm not a big fan of kos but, some of the posters are outstanding. And your one of them. Bravo. Also, I posted about your story on my webpage here too. Perhaps, it is the little blogs, that will carry the day.

Finally, the fine folks at MOA , which is has an international crowd favor is well aware of your work.

thnx Uncle $cam - totally appreciate it. for one reason or other, it's the non-americans who carry this story - french driectors of the movie, English Rose (!) in VF - and some lowly bloggers.

it sucks that the bigger bloggers won't touch this - let's hope they join in this week...

Hello, lukery.

Glad to see (as others have said) your Sibel story finally getting traction--even among dkos readers.

Interesting twist that Sibel's FBI tapes are considered illegal by the FISA standards (if I am reading this right). However, I thought US intelligence investigations COULD share info with criminal investigators when and if criminal activity is uncovered.

Maybe that's Sibel's message, too. That no criminal investigations (hello Attorneys General Ashcroft and Conzalez !) have been launched.

Great news about the Libby conviction(s). Hard to believe this is the same Judge Walton who interfered with Sibel's plans to take her story public.

pdaly - great to see you.

you're exactly right, as usual.

the story is basically:
* GOVT spied illegally!
* Illegal spying uncovered massive criminal activity!
* Govt did nothing!

As sibel has repeatedly stated:
"For years and years, information and evidence being collected by the counterintelligence operations of certain U.S. intelligence and law enforcement agencies has been prevented from being transferred to criminal and narcotics divisions, and from being shared with the Drug Enforcement Agency and others with prosecutorial power. Those with direct knowledge have been prevented from making this information available and public by various gag orders and invocation of the State Secrets Privilege. Why?"

and, yep, she is shocked about Walton. She owes me a bottle of champagne next time i'm in DC! I think there might be a bunch of others who will be dining out on her account, too...

Good grief, Luke! Who is your decorator? This place looks like somebody blew in with a tanker truck of white paint! :-(

I just dropped by to let you know Thom Hartmann mentioned the story on his show in the middle of the Libby verdict hoopla. If you hurry, you can pro'lly get the Podcast before the new show starts at 9:00 a.m. Pacific. Specifically, he pronounced the story HUGE and promised it would get a bunch of attention as soon as the Libby stuff calms down a little. I'm hoping for the next show including some more discussion. Hmmm . . . I wonder if we could get you booked on the show . . . whattaya think?

I saw the link on BuzzFlash, too. You did a great job!

thnx leeb - i couldnt work out how to get a copy of the show.

i emailed hartmann and offered that he have either sibel or I on the show.

knowing sibel, she'll prolly try to palm it off to me. of course, it's the 2nd last thing on the planet i'd like to be doing - and i'm the poor (and ugly) 2nd cousin for thom. hopefully he (or me) will be able to convince her to do it.

Dear Sibel, please consider this invitation to visit http://911blogger.com/node/6710 where discussions of you and your allegations enjoy a well considered ear. However... there's a hitch which I've raised numerous times... and now felt compelled to post in a rather well trafficked forum (averaging 25K+ hits a day if you didn't know).

Still adoring you to a fault,

Erin

p.s.: Too bad it's been more than a month, and still no video of even the première Q and A. What's up with dat?

Not to worry, it was a really brief reference, hardly worth the trouble. If I hear any more about it I'll grab it meself. WhiteRoseSocient.org has the freebie podcast (for iTunes) that works overnight until the next show airs.

. . . and let's not be dissin' Lukery, okay? Hearing your voice on Thom's national show would be a kick! Have you had any response from him or anyone on the staff there? David Pool is his producer, yes?
