* and if i can reiterate my updated comments re ahmed. i feel terrible that my original email may have been misconstrued - it was sposed to be more hagiographic than anything - and all the stories that i linked to told the complete story - and i just grabbed a couple of quotes that i thought were funny/notable, they werent sposed to reflect anything (vis-a-vis my other email rants where the quotes are sposed to make a point). phew.
