* "MoveOn.org tried to help get John Kerry elected. Now it will be reborn as a grass-roots antiwar movement."

* "In Florida, exit polling data showed the opposite of the final results provided through the state. Even more surprising are the changes in votes per party that occurred on November 2nd. Counties using e-touch voting machines in Florida showed an average vote gain of 29% for Republicans and a 23.8% increase for Democrats. However the counties that used optical scan vote machines showed drastic differences. Republicans gained by 128.45% in counties using optical scan voting machines while Democrats had a -21% loss (yes, that is negative 21%). "

* "The Nader/Camejo campaign has filed a challenge to the voting results in New Hampshire after receiving numerous complaints from voting rights activits... We have received reports of irregularities in the vote reported on the AccuVote Diebold Machines in comparison to exit polls and trends in voting in New Hampshire. These irregularities favor President George W. Bush by 5% to 15% over what was expected." http://www.votenader.org/media_press/index.php?cid=400
* " eagle-eyed bloggers are finding that news organizations are retroactively altering their exit polls to coincide with what the machines ultimately said."

* fallujah gives me a warhardon. i wanna explode at exactly the same time that fallujah explodes.
* the other thing about the exit polls is that it seems that they were in fact taken only on election day. http://www.exit-poll.net/ but heres what joshmarshall said on electionday eve "According to Gallup's mega-final-ultra poll out Sunday evening, 30% of registered voters in Florida have already voted, either through early voting or by absentee. Of those who have already voted, Kerry leads President Bush 51% to 43%." - now if its true that the official NEP poll was only on election day, and jonk had a big headstart pre-election day, and he was ahead well into electionday, then there is a real problem getting the math to work. damn numbers.
