wart is it good 4?

* " I have found out that most, if not all, of the Democrats will
also cave in—after harrumphing at Gonzales for some hours...
The Democrats prefer to hold their fire until the next Supreme
Court nominee." can someone splain to me how withholding fire
actually helps? does fire diminish somehow once u use it? if so,
the jihadmin need only offer two equally bad nominees, and one of
them is better somehow. devil u dont know. if u dont accept
gonzales, we'll bring back ashcroft.

* "The Constitution and the Bill of Rights, Douglas once wrote to a
group of young lawyers, are not self-executing."

* does any of you read these emails anymore? wanna be taken off the
email list? im kinda caught in a bind, given my previous 'opt-in'
attempts failed so miserably.

* "Tens, and may be hundreds of thousands, of Iraqi voters will
most likely be unable to cast their ballots in the general
elections slated for January 30, 2005, either for being homeless or
detained by the US-led forces." u'd better vote in the correct
precinct or you'll be given a provisonal.

* "Of 12,447 Guardian and Observer articles mentioning Iraq in 2003
on the Guardian Unlimited website, Ritter was mentioned in only 17,
mostly in passing. Denis Halliday, who set up the UN's oil-for-food
programme in Iraq, and who blamed the US and British governments
for the huge death toll of Iraqi civilians under sanctions, was
mentioned in two articles. His successor, Hans von Sponeck, who
also resigned in protest at sanctions, received five mentions. The
Independent mentioned Ritter only eight times in 5,648 articles on
Iraq in 2003. Ritter's disarmament claim received fewer than a
dozen brief mentions in the Guardian the year before." fukk the
corp.media. seriously. it makes me so mad. even the guardian. which
in relative terms could be called the vanguardian. i want everyone
arrested on rico charges. still. and butler got witchhunted. and
blix's transcript got truncated, without notice. fukk every journo
and editor in all towns. seriously. i hope they all hang, together.
the amelection will look exactly the same, in retrospect.
