three times is a Pattern

btw - you know that old saying "Once is an Accident, twice is a Coincidence, and three times is a Pattern."? i was reminded of it today with the finding of that 6.25 litre plastic bucket that can evade bombsniffing dogs.

heres the thing - they had four unexploded bombs in rucksacks - each of which apparently had one of these plastic bucket thingies. theyve had those since the 21st. today they found a fifth one in the park - 'discarded, not hidden' - and apparently that also had one of these buckets, and all of a sudden the whole world knows about these buckets, and we know that they are made in india and there are 100 retailers in the country who sell them and theres an urgent request for information from the retailers who may have sold five or more.

"Once is an Accident, twice is a Coincidence, and three times is a Pattern." hey fuckers, you already had four of them - what does the fifth one prove??? as ive said, i think the whole fifth backpack story is concocted (im not sure why) - but this new fascination in the bucket seems to be a bit weird - we hadnt even heard of the bucket till we found the fifth one - wtf?
