* btw - i knew that antiwar was a somewhat popular site - but i thought their blog was lightly trafficked. scott's post today resulted in 8 thousand hits so far - about half from the antiwar blog and half from a dkos post. although this blog moved evolved from a newsletter format (before the invasion of iraq) with very limited distribution, it was still essentially a 'private' blog till mar05 - and i put a statcounter on the site then. yesterday, i had my 50 thousandth visitor, and another 8 thousand today. i didnt know that antiwar had such an audience. to put that in perspective, when americablog links to me, i might get 300 hundred hits. when dan froomkin linked to me i got maybe 50. rawstory was only one thousand or so. antiwar. com/blog gets some serious traffic. or maybe people are *thirsting* for sibel news. is there a journo who will stand up? they could make themselves a hero, or millions of dollars with a book deal?
