Saddam's Weapons Declaration

You might remember back in November that I was trying to get saddam's 12,000 pre-war Weapons Declaration unredacted (see here and here) and POGO filed an FOIA for me.

POGO heard back from the CIA:

"In a ludicrous response (pdf) to POGO's request for a Mandatory Declassification Review, the CIA has said it "can neither confirm nor deny the existence or nonexistence" of the Iraqi weapons declaration on chemical, biological and nuclear programs to the United Nations Security Council required under paragraph 3 of Security Council resolution 1441 delivered by Iraq in December 2002." How funny is that!

We also filed the FOIA with the State Dept, and they are apparently processing the request.
