bin laden and Grey Wolves

further to my previous post about ledeen and p2 et al, 2 weeks ago miguel pointed to this:
"Bin Laden's contacts appear to be extensive with the fascist Grey Wolves, a para-state organization that is tolerated, at times supported, and often used by the Turkish regime. It was Ahmet Ali Agca, a devoted member of this organization, who had attempted to assassinate Pope John Paul II over two decades ago.

Espresso mentions, based on its own past reports, that since 1992 the bin Laden organization, and the Turkish and Turkish-Cypriot Grey Wolves operated at least four camps in parts of Cyprus occupied by the Turkish Armed Forces. These were used to train Bosnian Muslims, Albanians, and Chechens, who later were sent fight in the Balkans and the Caucasus. It must be assumed that US and other Western services not only knew (and know) of the existence of these camps, but also must have, at minimum, provided them with cover over time."
at the time i wrote:
" when i hear 'gray wolves', for some reason i'm reminded of p2, which reminds me of ledeen, which brings me back to larisa's focus on those ledeen meetings in rome & paris."
the grey wolves actually worked with Gladio (P2) (link)

and to further add to our issues du jour, "In 2004, the Grey Wolves successfully prevented the screening of Atom Egoyan's Ararat, a film about the Armenian Genocide" (link)

at the time, miguel wrote:
"We should not underestimate the importance of this story of Bin Laden's visits to Turkey... It would be the first confirmation that I know of, outside Sibel Edmonds herself, that there was a Turkish connection to al-Qaeda and Bin Laden. And it fits with Sibel's story: she has consistently said that Turkish countries and lobbying/cultural organizations are tied to al-Qaeda through money laundering and other illegal activities."
by jove, miguel might be right, again.

this stuff makes me so dizzy

I really hope we can link these extreme right-wing groups in Turkey, Italy and around the world to Bin Laden. Then it will clarify the fight we're engaged in- the battle against fascism, be it religious or secular fascism. One journalist wrote an article entitled "Sibel Edmonds Fights Fascism". Perhaps he was right.
