There are such things as crimes against humanity. Americans will need to lose the fiction that they are a higher order species not answerable to the rest of the world (and, in particular, The Hague) before they get any respect from me.
I might also add that my own Australian PM rates as the lowest piece of scum I know for the way he has involved us in Iraq, both through the sanctions and the war.
And all of this, for what??
