A lawyer for the DeLays, Richard Cullen, said Mrs. DeLay had been employed by Mr. Buckham's firm, the Alexander Strategy Group, to gather information on the favorite charities of members of Congress. "Christine DeLay is a very talented woman with a keen political mind, and the project she was working on was one that had substance and added value to Alexander," he said."

Lloyds have a civil action for negligence in place against Citigroup Construction Defendants and AMEC PLC ("Citigroup-AMEC"). ST911 are offering their services as expert witnesses and encouraging Lloyds to convert it into a RICO action alleging arson and insurance fraud by the private equity group (CAI) together with the Bonanno crime family of New York and Montreal [including an alleged former Bonanno accountant Alfonso Gagliano who on 9/11 was Canadian Minister of Public Works]. ST911 says these two groups invested in the Citigroup-AMEC partnership.
