* i ventured over to the fever swamp at dkos - and one headline grabbed my attention: "Blindness drug blocked: costs too little!" it made me laugh, and cry. and cry. i havent even read the story - or know if it's true or anything. but still... doesn't that just sum up our world?
* some of my readers are fathers, and apparently its fathers day in the US. much love to them, and their kids, and to everyone's dads (except for those of you who dont have dads. you guys are freaks of nature)
* 2 hours till australia v brazil. condition: excited, nervous.
