"Virginia is still white-knuckle--a matter of less than 2,000 votes. Apparently it's disproportionately pro-Webb areas like Northern Virginia that have yet to report. But as David Shuster just reported on MSNBC, based on talking to politicos, this one may very well be headed for a recount--which in Virginia is triggered by a margin of less than one percent.
