but he cant hide (snigger)

* aaron brown showed that entire 'oh, dude' video from fallujah! they are saying that brittv showed it too. the pentagon spin: these were terrorists who were so poorly trained that they were walking in a large group in the open.

* my head is spinning. things are getting worse. my guess is that reality is gonna hit the road before nov02. the whole machine is falling apart. my guess is the current 'smear the internet' campaign foretells of more stories to come - i wonder if they are maybe using the ishewired and pentagonflash thing to try to get ahead of something... and if thats not the case, then they feel they have to get ahead of these two issues. which must be pretty scary for them.

* can kerry please stop the 'middle class' thing? pleeeease.

* krug "It's not hard to predict what President Bush, who sounds increasingly desperate, will say tomorrow. Here are eight lies or distortions you'll hear, and the truth about each:" http://www.nytimes.com/2004/10/12/opinion/12krugman.html

* if the patriotact was 100 times worse, would they be able to stop terrorism?

* "At Habibiya police station, the biggest of three designated collection points in Sadr City, cameramen were allowed to film only one batch of arms police said had been brought earlier in a civilian vehicle. The weaponry included rocket propelled grenades (RPGs) rusty mortars and artillery shells, anti-tank land-mines and assault rifles.
"One man brought a Sam-7 anti-aircraft missile," National Guard captain Duraid Fadel said, adding that militiamen were receiving $50 (£28) for each weapon they surrendered.
One Mehdi army fighter, Kamel Hussein, walked off later with $14,500 (£8,081) for delivering a big stash of RPGs and mortars.
But those three hand-overs were the only ones to take place at Habibiya in three hours."
ok - so this is our recipe for peace? arms dealers making a margin?
