* i mentioned recently that i hadnt heard any more about swiftee corsi's upcoming book Atomic Iran (subtitle: "How the Terrorist Regime Bought the Bomb and
American Politicians") - it has been released - and smears hclinton, tkennedy, jbiden, and jonk as being in the pockets of the mullahs...
the book is published by wingnutdaily
theres a launch speech at the HeritageFoundation here (50 long minutes)
apparently 'Corsi also insists that the atomic strike (on amsoil) will occur in June.' (altho corsi doesnt make that point in the speech). that'd be a real problem - not only cos it converges with the timeframes we've been discussing wrt to iran... think about it. Unfit4Conman (i just made that up - funny no?) was obviously purpose-built to destroy jonk during the election - it had a limited shelf-life. why would you write a book when your prediction is just 2 months out - the inherent shelf-life constraints surely make for bad economics - which would tend to suggest that other motivations are in play...
corsi is holding a rally at the Liberty Bell in PA on monday, and then marching to DC, and then he is calling for civil disobedience in iran on june 17... good grief
in the Heritage speech, corsi argues that if there was an atomic explosion in nyc, even though we wouldnt know who did it, we should immediately attack iran, because it would be the iranians - and in fact, we should pre-empt that, and document in advance that we would attack iran if there was such an attack on amsoil - thats a pretty good idea to stop iran bombing america, but it invites some shenanigans from someone who would want america to attack iran, like ummm, i dunno, some other country that doesnt like iran...
some genius in the audience asked whether the moolahs might attack another city, like london, corsi replied that it was a good question, but no, they'll attack nyc.
the good news i guess is that neither the book nor any of the other nonsense is getting any exposure... lets hope we dont see an uptick.
